AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT Discounted by $190 Following RTX 4070 Super Launch ($70 Game Free)

AMD's partners have discounted their mainstream variants to $709, and the $70 Avatar game code is still bundled with all these Radeon GPUs

Following the launch of the GeForce RTX 4070 Super, AMD has reacted with a price cut, bringing the Radeon RX 7900 XT down to $709. Thanks to this $190 discount, the RX 7900 XT, which performs similarly to an RTX 4070 Ti, remains a viable option for 1440p gamers. ASRock, XFX, and Sapphire have already discounted their mainstream variants to $709, and the $70 Avatar game code is still bundled with all high-end Radeon GPUs.

The XFX SPEEDSTER is the fastest model of the three, with a boost clock of 2,560MHz. It features a triple-fan heatsink and a TBP of 290W. The graphics card is 344mm long with a triple-slot width. It sports an HDMI 2.1 and three DP 1.4 ports at the front. Like all Radeon RX 7900 series GPUs, it is powered by two 8-pin power connectors.

On the Green Coast, the GeForce RTX 4070 remains priced at $549, while the 4070 Super ranges from $599 to over $649 for the factory overclocked variants—most models retail at $609.
