Following this $100 discount, the 7600X costs the same as the sticker price of the 7600. Looking towards its Intel rivals, the Core i5-13600KF currently costs $285, making it $85 more expensive while offering slightly more performance.
The Ryzen 5 7600X features 6 cores and 12 threads clocked at a base frequency of 4.7GHz. The fastest cores have a max boost clock of 5.3GHz under load with a TDP of around ~140W. At stock, the CPU sips a bit over 100W. Like most X or K-series chips, the Ryzen 5 7600X lacks a boxed cooler and requires aftermarket cooling. The CPU comes with a bundled copy of Starfield, worth $70.
