Redfall to be will be 30 FPS on Xbox Series X/S at launch

Arkane Studios is facing major backlash from fans after their announcement on social media on the game being locked at 30 FPS on the new-gen Xbox consoles.

This is rather disappointing as Redfall was one of the most anticipated games of 2023 and an FPS game without a 60 FPS mode in 2023 is certainly not okay. We can’t even imagine how bad the PC port will be at launch if the Xbox versions are treated this way.

Gamers are calling for the game to be delayed and launch with a 60 FPS mode. Let’s not forget their release date, ten days before the new The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and four days after Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. There are just too many things that aren’t going well and seems to be a disconnect with gamers.

Hopefully, Arkane Studios listens to the community and delays the game.
