This 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD is Available for just $34.99

Back when PCIe Gen 4 drives debuted in 2019, they were priced much higher than existing Gen 3 drives. As production and adoption grew, prices gradually fell. These days you can get a 1 TB Gen 5 SSD for as low as $75, with lesser-known vendors selling them for just $50. We have a sweet deal for you if you’re in the market for an NVMe drive. The Team Group T-Force Cardea 1 TB SSD is currently going for just $34.99, half its usual price.

The 500GB variant can be had for as low as $29.99, while the 2 TB model is priced at $79.99. At the time of reporting, the 1 TB option is temporarily unavailable due to high demand, but you can still backorder for the same price.

The T-Force Cardea has a sequential read speed of 3,500 MB/s and a write speed of 3,000 MB/s. This is one of the slower Gen 4 drives on the market, but at this price, I’m not complaining. It leverages 3D NAND TLC cells and uses a 4-lane PCIe Gen 4 interface. You get 5 years of manufacturer warranty.
